Can I register for one Saturday only?YES! There's a link for all 7 Saturdays in 2024 and separate links for each Saturday individually - so you can choose the schedule that works for you!

Are there assigned spots in the park on Saturday mornings?We don't assign spots to vendors. It's first come, first serve. Setup must be completed by 8:45am, but each 10 x10 spot is open to whomever arrives first each Saturday. This is done for many reasons - one of which is to keep the cost to vendors as low as possible.

Where do I park to setup?We ask that vendors arrive, unload, and then move their vehicles from Warehouse Street or the library parking lot to parking in the neighboring streets or across 156th in the police station parking lot. This is to make room for customers and food trucks!

How much does it cost to register as a vendor?We charge just $25/week as a discount for those who register for all 7 dates at once at the beginning of the year ($150). Prepayment is required for all registration.

Can I get a refund if I can't make the date(s) I registered for?We don't offer refunds, but if extenuating circumstances arise, we are happy to transfer your registration to future dates if available. Please contact us individually at benningtonchambercoord@gmail.com to have your registration transferred.
